First of all, PCB unpacking and storage, it contains three aspects:

1, PCB board sealing is not unsealed manufacturing date of 2 months to be able to use directly on the line.

2, PCB board manufacturing date within 2 months, after unsealing must be marked with the date of unsealing.

3, PCB board manufacturing date within 2 months, after unsealing must be used on-line within 5 days after the end.

Next is the PCB baking, which contains six major points:

1, PCB in the manufacturing date within 2 months of sealing more than 5 days, please bake at 120 ± 5 ℃ for 1 hour.

2, PCB such as more than 2 months after the date of manufacture, before going online, please bake at 120 ± 5 ℃ for 1 hour.

3、PCB if more than 2 to 6 months after the date of manufacture, please bake at 120 ± 5 ℃ for 2 hours before going online.

4、PCB such as more than 6 months to 1 year after the date of manufacture, before going online, please bake at 120 ± 5 ℃ for 4 hours.

5, baked PCB must be used within 5 days (put into the IRREFLOW), the end of the use of the need to be baked again 1 hour before you can use online.

6, PCB such as more than 1 year after the date of manufacture, before going online, please bake at 120 ± 5 ℃ for 4 hours, and then sent to the PCB factory to re-spray tin before going online.

Finally, the PCB baking method, which determines the PCB board in the SMT production line can produce high-quality products.

1, large PCB (16PORT or more including 16PORT) to adopt a flat type of arrangement, a stack of up to 30 pieces of the number of baking finished within 10 minutes of turning on the oven to take out the PCB flat natural cooling (need to press the anti-board Bay jig).

2, small and medium-sized PCB (8PORT below including 8PORT) to adopt flat placement, a stack of up to 40 pieces, the number of upright is not limited to the end of the baking within 10 minutes of turning on the oven to take out the PCB flat natural cooling (need to be pressed to prevent the board Bay Fixture).
