Advantages and disadvantages of baking:

Baking can eliminate the internal stress of the PCB board, which is to stabilize the scale of the PCB. Through the baking of the PCB board is not easy to occur warping and bending. And after baking can be pads in the moisture drying, enhance the welding effect, weaken the welding, repair rate. However, the color of the PCB board after baking may also change, affecting the appearance.

 PCB baking mode:

1、large PCB (16PORT or more including 16PORT) to adopt a lay-flat arrangement, a stack of up to 30 pieces, baking finished within 10 minutes of turning on the oven to take out the PCB lay-flat natural cooling (need to be pressed to prevent the board Bay Jig).

2、Small and medium-sized PCB (below 8PORT including 8PORT) adopts flat layout, a stack of up to 40 pieces, the number of upright is not limited, the baking is completed within 10 minutes of turning on the oven to remove the PCB flat natural cooling (need to be pressed to prevent the board bay fixtures).
